Wine pairings are out, and cocktails are in at Prohibition, located at 548 Fifth Ave. Monthly, Prohibition will host an exclusive four-course Supper Club dinner paired with cocktails.
In this “reverse pairing” dinner, GBOD Hospitality Group’s beverage director, Ryan Andrews, will conceive and craft special cocktails for the evening, each made with a select brand of alcohol, which will be paired with dishes created by GBOD executive chef. Guests will also learn about the alcohol from the distributor and how each dish was created to complement the cocktail-forward menu.
Each Prohibition Supper Club is priced at $85 per person plus gratuity and will begin with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Space is limited and reservations may be made online.
